I’m not sure how useful the waterproof feature of this thermometer is but if you are of the type to constantly drop your thermometer into water or beer (oh ok, waterproof makes sense now), then this is the solution you were looking for.

An auto-off timer and a minimum/maximum temperature memory complete the feature set that may be attractive to the beer drinking weekend warriors among us.

Parents: should you be wary of whiffing?

Itâ€™s a little late for an April Foolâ€™s joke, so letâ€™s consider the Le Whif as a real soon-to-be-everywhere product. Apparently, Harvard professor David Edwards has developed a way to aerosolize chocolate and deliver it via an inhaler.

Available in four flavors, the super-smalled chocolate treat is tiny enough to carry in a pocket or purse. The idea is to partake of whiffing as either a flavor compliment to a meal or as a dietary aid by having the user ingest the micron sized particles instead of actually, you know, eating.

With a not-so-humble approach, the team behind Le Whif considers their innovation as an inevitable conclusion to the evolution of humankind dining. Me, Iâ€™ll stick with the fork. However, if you do bite, the makers plan on continuing to surprise by unveiling Le Whaf at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Popcorn Cartons for best supporting actor

You got the widescreen HDTV. You got the surround sound. You got the movie butter flavor popcorn. You got everything you need to simulate the movie experience right in your own home. And then you serve popcorn… in a bowl???

Well, nobody can really blame you, I suppose. It’s not like everybody knows where to pick up a proper serving device for movie night popcorn. Until now. Fire-roasted stuffed peppers on the grill

Just look at that picture. Doesn’t that look crazy delicious? Those loaded peppers would certainly look great on my grill. Just imagine a few juicy burgers cooking alongside this Chile Pepper Grill Rack. Now that it’s grillin’ season, it’s time to consider the deliciousness that is to come in the months ahead. From the looks of this grill gadget, I believe roasted peppers deserve to be included in every single grill session to come.

Music to Eat

Some things just belong together. Music at a cookout is definitely a classic combination. But music in a gas grill? I’m not exactly sure why, but somebody thought it would be a good idea to combine a propane powered gas grill housed inside a base which includes two “powerful” speakers.

If you don’t mind a little grease with your iPod or other mp3 player, you can now pick up the Gastar miGrill Tabletop Gas Grill with Built-In Speakers.
