Crackers often get overlooked. Special attention is always paid to the cheese or the spread, but when it comes to the delivery vehicle–the cracker–more often than not they get tossed onto a plate as an afterthought. Even saltines deserve better. The Wilton Armetale Reggae Cracker Tray elevates the lowly cracker on up to the level of its serving partner. The 13-inch long platter holds at least a package of crackers and also happens to be safe for oven use–but serving hot crackers probably won’t fool anybody into thinking you made them yourself.

Chocolate Fondue Times Two
Fondue is a commitment. Sure, one could always vary the flavors by mixing up dippables, but when making a choice about what to actually melt, well, you’ve made your choice; there’s no going back. While a row of two or more fondue pots might sound like a good idea (or at least a delicious one), executing that dream is probably more trouble than it is worth.
The Trudeau Duo TRU016-1 Chocolate Fondue Set simplifies matters by dividing the stoneware bowl. Half for dark chocolate, half for milk chocolate: everybody’s happy. Add some fresh fruit like strawberries or bananas and it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Except for maybe those cheese people…
Piece Of Cake Isn’t
Eating pie and cake is dangerous sport. Somehow the expression “piece of cake” evolved to mean something that was quite easy to accomplish. Considering just the amount of wedding-cake fiascos and pies-in-the-face that occur on a daily basis, this saying is something of a farce. Perhaps we let it slide because cake is so sweet and delicious. In any event, the actual serving of a piece of cake usually isn’t fraught with tension. While the Nambe Rocks Cake Plate might not be on par with any cake-related mishaps you may have experienced, its off-center base provides just enough excitement to keep things interesting. Overzealous cake-cutters may want to beware.
Snacking That Ends In A Draw
Perhaps more so than any other game, tic-tac-toe ends up as a draw. However, when using the Tic-Tac-Toe Plate don’t expect snacks to go unfinished. Featuring square and circle one-ounce indentations (the circles won) the ceramic platter makes for a unique serving device—or at least one where everybody can end up a winner.
Four Friends And Bottle Of Wine
A bottle of wine is always enjoyable when shared with a friend, and as such it is quite easy to carry a bottle and two glasses in hand. More the merrier, you say? Well, carrying three glasses in one hand with the bottle secured in the other shouldn’t present any difficulties. Oh, wine for four? Well that might require a bit more dexterity. Or the True Fabrications Wine Glass Caddy.
Securing directly around the neck of said bottle of wine, the helping hand makes it easy to lug all those glasses from the kitchen to the living room. Of course, it begs the question why one of those other three lazy, good-for-nothing guests couldn’t get up off the couch to lend a hand, but hey, look at the bright side: the wine accessory can be used as a drying rack when your ungrateful guests don’t lend a hand in the clean-up.
Stainless-Steel Lazy Susan Looks Good
Everybody enjoys a good bit of laziness from time to time, but it’s not always the most attractive position to be in. Same could be said about the wonderfully named kitchen gadget called the lazy susan. All too often however, they just don’t seem to be made for everyday use. No so with the MIU Stainless-Steel Lazy Susan.
Featuring a silicone surface and stainless-steel construction, the ball-bearing driven tabletop accessory enhances the surroundings rather than detracts from them. Measuring a little over 11-inches across and 1-inch tall, the heavy (it weighs over a pound) gizmo offers a convenient place to store everyday tabletop essentials like salt and pepper. Or, for those feeling really lazy, their dinner plate would fit right on top.
