Beer Bisquick Muffins recipe:
3 C. Bisquick
5 Tbsp. sugar
10 oz. beer
Found in an independent spiral-bound cookbook, “Chapter SL Cooks.” Palma Hyland has a couple of other recipes in it that speak straight to my heart: “Ham and Cheese Rollups” and “Crabby Eggs.” Good stuff. I bet those beer muffins are going to go great with leftover ham…

Looks like the Darrell Bevell, the offensive coordinator for Seattle (for now…) could have used an in-game snack before making that play call.
