Add oil and kernels to the nonstick base and cover with the mesh basket. Set over heat, on the stovetop, grill or campfire and shake, shake, shake! When finished, the top flips over to double as a bowl. The pan even doubles as a regular nonstick pan too—something that is definitely not recommended with that other stovetop popcorn contraption you find hanging from supermarket shelves. (Not that there’s anything wrong with popcorn in a jiffy.)
