Salad is great. Wet salad, not so much. Yet, we still gotta wash the lettuce, right? So, once upon a time somebody invented the salad spinner for drying leafy greens to make for a wonderful dry salad. (Before the gallon of ranch dressing gets added, that is.) However awesome salad spinners may be, there is room for improvement.
A salad spinner isn’t the most beautiful object in the kitchen. It’s a bulky item that usually just gets a utilitarian design. But not any longer. The Apple Shaped Salad Spinner brings a fun design to the oft-overlooked kitchen contraption. This particular one is on the small side, measuring 8 inches by 8 inches by 7 inches, so if it looks too good to use, you can always find a nice spot for it on the knick-knack shelf.
