Salad is great. Wet salad, not so much. Yet, we still gotta wash the lettuce, right? So, once upon a time somebody invented the salad spinner for drying leafy greens to make for a wonderful dry salad. (Before the gallon of ranch dressing gets added, that is.) However awesome salad spinners may be, there is room for improvement.
